So I stumbled on these artist trading cards at a paper store and bought packs to give to the artists I work with so we could draw pics and trade them etc.
I finally got around to starting mine and here is one of them.
The cards are cold press board.
I ran out of them when giving them away so I just got a big piece of coldpress I had laying around and am cutting my own.
My series is Smoking Monsters.
On this one I used ballpoint pen, coffee, acrylic, and white out.
It came out ok. I was just goofin with what I had on my desk. I may just paint them with acrylic alone but this at least got me started thinking about what I want to do with the idea. Sometimes just goofing around with stuff like this gets me inspired to go all out!
